They become the Sanfords' house-guests when Fred is convinced to let them stay there for two nights for pay from the group winning a upcoming talent contest. The ladies perform "I Didn't Know" for Fred while they cook and clean around the house angering Rollo when he visits them. The night of the show the girls are scheduled to perform at the safari lounge when Fred and his buddies crash the talent show. Fred and his friends cause so much trouble and commotion they all get kicked out of the club, including The Three Degrees. Later at the junk yard the girls thank Fred for everything and tell him some good news. They are going on tour with the leader of the band who saw them crying outside of the club, returning them to Philly in three weeks.
